Is it Fall yet??? No it's not Houston! We still have a few more months of the hot Houston heat and humidity! We hear every summer about the symptoms of heat exhaustion and what to do if we experience it. I have found some cool products to help keep us cool while enjoying our summer activities!

Did you know we need to drink plenty of water to replace the 1.5 quarts of sweat per hour our bodies produce while working or playing in the summer heat? It's true!
